This policy explains what Quiver collects when you visit this website, book a call, write to us or sign up for our letter, what we do with it and how you stay in control. It also covers the client data our agents work with, because that is the question we are asked most.
What we collect
- Booking a call: your name, work email, company, team size, the work you want an agent to do, the time slot you pick and anything you add in the notes.
- Contact messages: your name, email, company, the topic and the message itself.
- The newsletter: your email address and the date you signed up.
- Website analytics: pages visited, the link that brought you here, device type and rough location. We use it to see which pages help people and which do not.
Why we use it
We use your details to prepare for the call, answer your message, send the proposal you asked for and, if you hire us, to run the engagement. We send the newsletter only to people who asked for it, and every issue has a one-click unsubscribe. We never sell personal information and we never use it for advertising on other websites.
Client data inside agents
When we build an agent for you, it runs in your accounts: your help desk, your CRM, your cloud. The data it reads and writes stays there, under a data processing agreement we sign before any access is granted.
Client data is never used to train public models, and it is never shared with other clients.
We use model providers under business terms that do not allow training on your data, and we keep test sets and logs only for as long as the engagement needs them.
Who sees it
Your details are read by the strategists and engineers who work on your request. We use a small number of sub-processors to run the studio: email, calendar booking, file storage, analytics and the model providers named in your agreement. Each works under contract and may not use your information for its own purposes. The current list is available on request.
How long we keep it
- Booking and contact details that do not become a project: eighteen months, then deleted.
- Project records and contracts: six years after the engagement ends.
- Newsletter: until you unsubscribe.
- Analytics: fourteen months, in a form that does not name you.
Your rights
You can ask to see the information we hold about you, have it corrected or deleted, take a copy with you, or object to how we use it. California residents have the same rights under the CCPA, and we honor them for everyone. We answer every request within thirty days and never charge for it.
Changes and contact
If we change this policy we post the new version here and change the date at the top. Questions, or a request about your information: write to hello@quiver.studio. A person from the studio replies within one working day.
